PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a resin molded article having clear wood-grain pattern and a resin compsn. of a raw material thereof. SOLUTION: This resin compsn. is obtained by polymerizing a mixture (C-2) consisting of a 1-18C alkyl methacrylate ester and a 1-18C alkyl acrylate ester in the presence of a methyl methacrylate (co)polymer (C-1), and by polymerizing monomers (C-3) consisting of methyl methacrylate and a monomer copolymerizable therewith to give a three-stage polymer (C), then by mixing the three-stage polymer (C) with a rubbery resin (A), and then by blending therewith at least one kind of a maleimide resin (D-1), a polycarbonate resin (D-2), and anα-alkyl-substd. aromatic vinyl resin (D-3). A resin molded article is obtained by molding the resin compsn.
