PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To adjust an input amount of light or the like and contrive the facilitation of the opening and closing operation of a magnetic member by arranging the magnetic member on a shading curtain member movably provided between the glass plates of counter positions having a space, and performing movement operation of the magnetic member through the glass. SOLUTION: A curtain 4a supported through a hanger runner 8 is arranged between glass plates 2, 3 on a curtain rail 7 at upward and downward positions. In the case, a gap member 10 for securing a constant space between the glass plates 2, 3 are set outward of the curtain rail 7. The thickness of the gap member 10 is set in accordance with the thickness of a shading curtain member 4 arranged between the glass plates 2, 3, which are tightly adhered on both the sides of the gap member 10. Furthermore, a pair glass device 1 for securing a movable space by the curtain 4a is constituted between the glass plates 2, 3. Thereby the shading curtain member 4 is moved through the glass by an operation magnetic member to be opened and closed, a visual field is arbitrarily interrupted by simple constitution and can be opened.
