PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To produce a producing apparatus which can simply and surely obtain a better and large dimensional bulk state amorphous alloy formed product and a producing method for the amorphous alloy. SOLUTION: A die 1 is composed of a lower die 3 having a metallic material melting part 14 and a cavity part 13 and an upper die 2 for forming by pressing the molten metal 24 in the metallic material melting part 14 together with the lower die 3 and flowing into the cavity part 13. Further, the metallic material melting part 14 in the lower die 3, is constituted of a material having <=250 kcal/(m.h. deg.C) thermal conductivity.
