PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a punching die for partial removing with which an object to be applied is expanded and which is miniaturized. SOLUTION: A punching die 1 for partial removing is, compared with a conventional example, provided with an upper die blade 4 which is integrally formed together with a guide part 41 having a relief groove part, a lower die blade 2 in which a relief part 21 neighboring a through hole 61 is formed in a section adjacent to the relief groove part, a mount 59 for the lower die blade in which an inclined surface 58 inclined to the side of a removing hole 53 is formed in a section facing the relief part 21 of a side surface 59a to which the lower die blade 2 is attached.
