PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the dust collecting efficiency by providing an inclined pipe part at least in the middle part of an air duct and plural atomizers for atomizing a treating liquid in the inclined pipe part in the removal of dust from the air by the contact of the air containing dust and supplied from the air duct with the treating liquid. SOLUTION: One end of the air dust 2, another end of which is connected to a dust generating source as a laser welding device, is connected to a treating vessel and the dust generated in a dust generating source is introduced through the air duct 2 into the treating vessel, where the air containing dust is brought into contact with the treating liquid to remove the dust from the air. In such a case, the inclined pipe part 2c inclined to decrease in altitude toward the treating vessel side is provided in a part from the middle part of the air duct 2 to the treating vessel side and plural atomizers 27 for atomizing treating liquid is provided in the inclined pipe part 2c. As a result, a part of the dust is removed from the air before reaching the treating vessel by atomizing the treating liquid from the plural atomizers 27 while the air containing the dust is passed through the air duct 2 and sent to the treating vessel.
