PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent slipping of hands and enable even a person having a weak grip to obtain enough pressing contact connecting force by machining the outer surfaces of plural pipe shafts of from a large diameter to a small diameter to have a roughened surface for non-slip. SOLUTION: A large diameter pipe shaft 4, a medium diameter pipe shaft 6 and a small diameter pipe shaft 8 are sequentially inserted in a large diameter pipe shaft to be freely removed, and expansibly connected and fixed by a fixing and locking mechanism 16. The outer surfaces of the pipe shafts 4 to 8 are worked to have a roughened surface for non-slip. Accordingly, smooth polishing along the circumferential direction is not performed. The roughened surface is polished along the axial direction of the pipe shafts 4-8 like a hair line by #40-#80 files. Especially, a file about #60 is preferable. Thus, even a person with a weak grip can obtain enough pressing contact connecting force without slipping of hands.
