PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cutting tip excellent in a chipping resistance. SOLUTION: In a cutting tip where the whole of cutting blade piece comprized by being brazed to the cutting blade piece fitting part of a tip main body constituted of cemented carbide is constituted of a BN sintered body or the cutting blade piece is constituted of the cutting blade layer of the BN sintered body and the bed layer of cemented carbide integrally sintered and bonded with the cutting blade layer, a sintered reaction layer, having structure dispersedly distributed by AlN and AlB in the bare surface of BN over a depth of 0.1-0.5 mm from the surface, is formed on the surface part of the rake face (upper surface) of the cutting blade piece. |
