PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a therapeutic agent for disease or state capable of treating by changing the serotonin interstitial neurotransmission in mammals including human being by including a specific compound as an active ingredient. SOLUTION: This therapeutic agent is obtained by including a compound of the formula [R1 is phenyl, naphthyl or the like; R2 is H or a 1-6C alkyl; R3 is phenyl, pyridinyl or the like; X is O, S, SO or the like; (m) and (n) are each 0-2] or its pharmaceutically permissible salt, preferably (7S,8aS)-7-(4- fluorophenoxy)methyl-2-(5-chloropyidin-2-yl)-1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,8a-octahy dro-pyrrlol[1,2- a]pyrazine or the like, as an active ingredient. The therapeutic compound used in this therapeutic agent can be orally, intraorally, percutaneously, parenterally and topically administrated. Further, this compound is preferably administrated at a daily dose of 1-1,000 mg.
