PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a refrigerated showcase having an auxiliary display rack that can change the display of goods according to a crowdedness of customers. SOLUTION: An auxiliary display rack 2 that can be raised and folded is provided at the rear part of a goods display rack 3. The auxiliary display rack 2 is raised by four stays 4 turning guided along guide grooves 3a, 3b on both rear sides of the goods display rack 3. One end of the stay 4 is loosely fastened to an angle member 8 at the base part of the goods display rack 3, and the other end is loosely fastened to an angle member 9 of a variable rack 5. The rear end of the variable rack 5 is provided with a rear face closing plate 6 foldably by hinges 10, and the rear face closing plate 6 is provided with magnets 15. When the variable rack 5 is raised, the bent rear face closing plate 6 is fixed to a back face plate in a showcase 1 shed by the attraction of the magnets 15 so that the raised auxiliary display rack 2 can sufficiently stand goods load during use.
