PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To store an auxiliary top plate in the rear face of a desk when in no use by attaching a top plate to a top plate support body with as its front/ rear position changeable and by detachably attaching the auxiliary top plate attachable to a vacant space in the rear part of the top plate changed in the position to the front position to the rear of the top plate support body. SOLUTION: Three screw holes 30 are bored in the both side faces of a drawer support part 24 in the bottom of a top plate 10 at equal intervals, two through-holes 30a are bored in a top plate support body 12 matching the screw holes 30 and fastening screws 26 threadly engaged with the two screw holes 30 out of the three in the top plate 10 through the through-holes 30a are bored in the top plate support body 12 so that the top plate support body 12 supports the top plate 10. The auxiliary top plate 27 is detachably attached to the rear face of the desk in the rear end of the left/right top plate support bodies 12. Thereby, the auxiliary top plate 27 can be stored in the rear face of the desk when in no use.
