PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To unite the trimming plate of the upper part in a car with a heat insulator and the trimming plate with a load shelf. SOLUTION: The load shelf 41 of the upper part of a window and a trimming plate 50 are formed in one unit. The trimming plate 50 is composed of two surface plates 51, 52, a core 53 joining both and a foaming heat insulator 54 filler the space of the core 53. The lower end of this sandwich panel is inserted integrally in the recessed part of the structural angle of the load shelf 41. The upper/lower ends of the trimming plate 50 are fixed to a car body.
