PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To quickly eliminate damming by reversely rotating the rotating direction of a driving motor for a short time by a control device provided with a control circuit of the driving motor. SOLUTION: To eliminate damming, an entrainment body 19 slightly pushes back a pallet 1 standing by on a carrier belt 8 and thereby pressing force component for the pallet 1 stopping on a carrier belt 9 is increased. In this case, when the dammed pallet 1 on the carrier belt 9 of a sleeve return path 7 passes, the pallet 1 standing by on the carrier belt 8 of a horizontal carrier path is not capable of advancing into the sleeve return path 7 so far as clearance is not generated between pallets on te sleeve return path 7. A control device 28 is provided with a periodically acting braking device and is constituted of a transmission device capable of overlapping uniform motion with pulse- shaped motion. But, the braking device is capable of directly acting on a driving motor 29. Further, there is a method for changing rotational frequency of the motor 29 for a short time via an inverter circuit or reversely rotating even a rotating direction by the control device 28.
