PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a corner formation cover suited for broadening the latitude in design for a building or the like, while preventing the vibration of the building by a lateral wind. SOLUTION: These corner formation covers 20a-20d are attached to the corners 12a-12d of a building or the like 10 respectively and, when a given wind pressure is less than a prescribed value, the inside air pressure is set to high by a corner formation cover actuator 24 so that they are formed into the external shapes of the corner parts before corner cut-off, and when the given wind pressure is a prescribed value or more, the inside air pressure is set to low by the corner formation cover actuator 24. Thus, these covers are deformed along the shapes of the cut-off corner parts 12a-12d.
