PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To speedily perform attaching without any failure by sticking a mark plate providing a cut groove and a projection part on a mark line at the attaching position of a fixture before a sheet-like surface material is attached to a wall and a ceiling. SOLUTION: A mark plate is provided so that a cut groove 2 and a projection part are provided on a mark line C being substantially the center of a body 1 comprising a thin plate to find the direction of the mark line C. Before the sheet-like surface material of a cloth or the like is stuck on a wall or a ceiling, the mark plate is stuck at a position attaching fixtures such as a handrail and a cloth drying tool. As the result, even after the sheet-like surface material is stuck, the position and direction for attaching the fixtures are simply and precisely found, and the fixtures can be speedily attached without any failure.
