PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To close a clearance between a concrete floor face and a stiffener to prevent the generation of concrete whitewash while making whitewash stop member easily detachable by bending the whitewash stop member in U-shape to cover the stiffener. SOLUTION: A whitewash stop member body 1 is formed of a band plate with both side edges 3, 3 formed of hard resin, integrally formed on both sides of a bendable bent part 2 formed of flexible soft resin, through boundary line parts 4, 4. The whitewash stop member body 1 is fixedly placed on a concrete floor face A, with the boundary line part 4 coinciding with a marking line B of the concrete floor face A, and a suitable adjusting means C is fastened thereon to adjust the level. A stiffener D is placed on the adjusting means C and fixed by nailing, and the whitewash stop member body 1 is bent in U- shape along the stiffener D. A wall form E is placed thereon and fixed to the stiffener D by nailing, and concrete is placed. The whitewash stop member body 1 therefore closes a clearance between the concrete floor face and the stiffener D to prevent the generation of concrete whitewash while being easily detached at the time of demolition.
