PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance the designing property of eaves by horizontally erecting a horizontal member such as tie beam, flat beam or the like on a horizontal member such as pole plate, and forming an eaves on the tip part of the horizontal member or its extension line in the same height. SOLUTION: The upper frame of a roof truss is built on a horizontal surface formed of a horizontal member 4 such as tie beam, flat beam or the like as a constructing surface. The horizontal member 4 is connected to a horizontal member 2 such as the upper frame member or pole plate of an outer wall frame in an optional position laid along the axial direction thereof. Further, an eaves is formed on the tip part of the horizontal member 4 or the extension line thereof in the same height. When the connecting position of the horizontal member 4 to the horizontal member 2 is set near the tip part of the horizontal member 4 shown by J1, the protruding dimension (d) of the eaves can be shortened. When the connecting position of the horizontal member 4 to the horizontal member 2 is set closer to the center of the horizontal member 4 shown by J2, the protruding dimension (d) of the eaves can be made long. Accordingly, the designing property of the eaves can be enhanced.
