PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a joining structure for structural member capable of joining structural member speedily and accurately using joining fittings at a construction site. SOLUTION: A T-shaped fitting 13 is lowered on a male screw part 15b protruding on a surface of a screw bolt 15 driven on a beam 11 in advance, and the male screw part 15b is inserted into a transparent hole 18 of a substrate 16 of the T-shaped fitting 13. A nut 25 is mounted in the male screw part 15b to fix the T-shaped fitting 13 on the beam 11. Then, a tubular column 12 is lowered so that an erected plate 17 of the T-shaped fitting 13 is inserted into a slit 20 formed in a small port part of the tubular column 12. When the tubular column 12 is abutted on the beam 11 through the T-shaped fitting 13, a fixing pin 28 is driven through an external opening 23a of a fixing pin insertion hole 23 on a side of the tubular column 12.
