PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simplify mounting work of a curtain wall unit. SOLUTION: A first downward engaging groove 20A is formed on an indoor side face of a lower frame member 20 of an upper curtain wall unit CU, and a second upward engaging groove 10A is formed on an indoor side face of an upper frame member 10 of a lower curtain wall unit CU. An engaging support body 71 which has a first upward engaging part 71A engaged with the first engaging groove 20A and is fixed on a mullion 90 and an engaging connection body 72 having a second downward engaging part 72A engaged with the second engaging groove 10A are used. The first engaging groove 20A is engaged with the first engaging part 71A of the engaging support body 71 to hold a lower part of the upper curtain wall unit CU for the mullion 90, and the second engaging part 72A of the engaging connection body 72 is engaged with the second engaging groove 10A of the lower curtain wall unit CU. The engaging connection body 72 and the engaging support body 71 are integrated by a bolt nut 73, and an upper part of the lower curtain wall unit CU is held for the mullion 90.
