PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To remarkably reduce the volume and weight of garbage with a garbage disposal machine. SOLUTION: This disposal machine has a decomposing vessel 5, a chemical vessel 4 and an air compressor 9. Hydrolase housed in the chemical vessel 4 is fed into the decomposing vessel 5, the compressed air in the air compressor 9 is blown out within the decomposing vessel 5, the crude refuse, hydrolase and water are agitated by this compressed air in the decomposing vessel 5, thereby decompose-treating the crude refuse. Further, the crude refuse crushed with a crusher 3 is fed into the decomposing vessel 5. Furthermore, the temp of the decomposing vessel 5 is kept to a prescribed level with heating means 32 to 34. Further, a storage vessel 20 is added to an inlet in the crusher 3, the lid 22 of the inlet in the crusher 3 is arranged at the inside of the storage vessel 20 and means 15, P7 for making water flow into the crusher 3 at the time of crushing are added.
