PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate the need for cutting out a blade from a steel block, by overlapping the edges of blocks in which circular blades of sheet steel, each having a number of cutting blades on the outer circumference, are laminated, so as to mutually shift in the rotation direction, and by impregnating the over lapped surfaces with rust preventive oil. SOLUTION: Edges of blocks in which circular blades 1 of sheet steel, each having a number of cutting blades 2 on the outer circumference, are laminated, are mutually shifted by 90 degrees in the rotation direction to overlap each other and after impregnating the overlapped surfaces with rust preventive oil, the cutting blades 2 of the circular blades 1 of each the block are mutually shifted by 90 degrees in the rotation direction to form key seats 3 and 4. The key seats 3 and 4 of each the block are engaged with keys formed at the positions corresponding to the key seats on a shaft 5 to parallelly arrange the blocks on the shaft 5 through a spacer 8, and subsequently the blocks and the shaft 5 are integrally fixed by a flange 9 and a nut 10 to form a roll-like laminated blade 11 for can, paper cup, etc. As a result, the need for cutting out the blade from a steel block can be eliminated.
