PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize easy exchange of a core of a mold equipped with a telescopic structure. SOLUTION: In this mold, by driving forward an attaching and detaching rod 1 with a toggle mechanism, the fitting-in parts 14 formed on the attaching and detaching rod 1 are fitted to the T-grooves of installing projected parts 12 provided on a core 6, resulting in installing the core 6 onto an core fixing part 4. Further, by driving backward the attaching and detaching rod 1, the fitting-in parts 14 are released from the T-grooves 7, resulting in allowing to unload the core 6.
