The stamp is fitted to the edge of a support for a stack of note paper (4). The stamp has the image to be transferred formed in relief on its lower surface, and has an upper surface that can exercise a downward force on the paper. The accessory has a sleeve (5) housing part of the body of the stamp, and a vertical guide (6) for the moving part of the stamp. A tab (9) extends under the lower edge of the sleeve, and has a narrow profile to allow it to slide between the internal face of the paper holder and the stack of paper. The tab forms a corner that precisely locates the corner of the sheet of paper.
