<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To automatically generate an electric helper signal for deciding the time point and necessity of a defibrillation or a cardiac compression at the time of the failure of a heart function by generating the helper signal by means of depending on a measured blood flow value to the head part of a mammal or favorably, generating an ECG signal at the same time. SOLUTION: The blood flow or speed of carotid arteries is measured, the helper signal H is operated by depending on the value of the blood flow speed value to the head part of the mammal and dependence is properly executed on the ECG (electric heart beat recording) signal in a method for generating the helper signal H by which the time point for the operation of the defibrillation or the cardiac compression owing to a cardiac function fault is decided concerning the mammal, especially a man. Thus, the blood flow to the head part, especially, is automatically measured and displayed as the shape of the helper signal H. Then, a device for generating the helper signal H is constituted of the first device 5 for generating the ECG signal E and the second device 6 for measurement without the invasion of a blood flow value W and is connected to a means 7 for generating the helper signal H.</p> |
