PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate the mounting of a clothes drying implement by forming a clothes drying implement main body which laterally freely rotatably supports arms allowing hanging of clothes and wash by providing the rear surface of the main body with window frame mounting parts and forming these window frame mounting parts in such a manner that these parts may be held between curtain rail stoppers and the window frame. SOLUTION: This clothes drying implement main body 1 made of a synthetic resin is so formed as to have recessed parts 8 insertable into the stoppers for fixing the curtain rails to the window frame, etc., apart spaciness in their longitudinal direction and to integrally have a strut 3 projecting perpendicularly upward. Holes 4 formed at the base parts of the arms 2 made of the synthetic resin are inserted to the strut 3 of the main body 1, by which the arms 2 are freely rotatably supported. The arms 2 are mounted at the main body 1 by means of screws 9 together with fixtures 5. The rear surface of the main body 1 is provided with the window frame mounting parts 6 formed by bending thin metallic sheets. After the window frame mounting parts 6 are held between the curtain rail stoppers and the window frame, these mounting parts are fixed by tightening screws.
