PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate the trouble in removing a bag held and also to measure it highly precisely. SOLUTION: A support 3 is provided with its lower half inserted vertically and freely movably in a pair of guide tube 2 erected on a base 1, and is always energized to project at a predetermined height by a compression coil spring 4. On each top end of the support 3, a bag holding means 20 for holding both side end parts of a bag opening is provided. The bag holding means 20 is pivoted freely rotatably on the support 3, and is provided with an inside holding member 8 provided at the free end of an inside rotating rod 7 rotated by a solenoid 6 and an outside holding member 10 provided at the bottom end of an outside rotating rod 9 having its top end side pivoted freely rotatably on the support 3. The outside holding member 10 is always energized by a pulling coil spring 11 so that its holding face 10a touches the holding face 8a of the inside holding member 8.
