PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mechanism for adjusting the revolution of a liquid, having a specific structure and capable of adjusting the revolution movement of the liquid in a revolution tank in a constant range, thereby capable of positively utilizing the impact forces of vortex flows in the revolution process to wash soft vegetables or mix wheat flour etc. SOLUTION: Liquid nozzles 3 directed in the direction for circulating a jet fluid are disposed on the inner side wall of a cylindrical or polyhedral columnar circulation tank 1. The circulation tank 1 further has a fluid outlet 4 in the bottom. A circulation- adjusting member 5 having a prescribed width and downward directed in the tank at a prescribed angle is disposed on one side of the tank 1 so as to project in the circulation tank 1. Thereby, a water flow jetted from the nozzles 3 is circulated and revolved along the inner wall of the circulation tank 1 at the angle of the nozzles 3, and simultaneously collided with the circulation-adjusting member 5 to produce vortex flows. The water flow is therefore adjusted at an angle for lowering the revolution, further revolved and simultaneously directed toward the fluid outlet 4. Meanwhile, an article to be washed receives rubbing and washing effects by the revolution force of the revolved water flow and by the impact forces of the vortex flows and simultaneously directed to the fluid outlet 4.
