PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a waste paper adjusting and packaging member for adjusting and storing waste papers to be piled up and placed in a good appearance and carrying out simply assorting and packaging works for the waste paper recycling and carrying easily the packaging waste paper bundles. SOLUTION: A member is constituted of at least with a bottom wall 3 of almost rectangular shape, one side wall 4 and a pair of end walls 5A and 5B, a guide box 2 controlling the position of a material P to be adjusted, packaged and stored in the piled-up state and a paper wrap 11, in which a longitudinal direction intermediate section of a paper wrapped main body formed into the belt shape is provided along the bottom wall upper face of the guide box 2, the paper wrapping main body is so folded as to wind the material P to be adjusted and packaged in the state of piled-up placing the material P to be adjusted on the given position and both end sides of the paper wrapping main body are overlapped and fixed thereon to package the material P to be adjusted.
