PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable the lamination number and lamination direction of a laminated body comprising sheet material to be detected with nondestructive inspection readily by laminating nonmetallic sheet material with metallic lines inserted therein in a manner allowing the metallic lines to be different from one another in its insertion position in a laminated body comprising nonmetallic sheet material. SOLUTION: When executed to sheet material with reinforcing fiber arranged in one direction for repairing and reinforcing a concrete structure 1, at first, epoxy resin is applied on the surface 2 of the primer-applied concrete structure 1, first layer sheet material 3a with metallic lines 4a inserted in advance is bonded in the longitudinal direction of the structure 1. Furthermore, epoxy resin is applied thereon; then an impregnation roller is put so as to allow resin to be impregnated in the sheet material. This is so repeated that the insertion positions of metallic lines 4a-4d are shifted at distances A for the purpose of implementing a predetermined sheet of lamination and an application and impregnation of resin, and subsequently, by permitting resin to be cured at an ordinary temperature, a reinforced plastics laminated body 5 for reinforcing the concrete structure 1 is obtained.
