PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sanitary bag which insects or dusts are prevented from entering directly from an air vent portion into the storing bag. SOLUTION: A storing bag 11 made of synthetic resin film 15 to store rice or the like is constituted such that the film 15 is formed into a cylindrical shape, both end portions of the film 15 are overlapped from each other at a circumferential one location of the cylinder, the overlapped portions at both ends of this film 15 are alternatively provided with a portion 16 connected by heat seal and non-connected portion 17 in a longitudinal direction, wherein the non-contacted portion 17 is applied as an air vent portion and it is closed by the heat seal at both ends in an axial direction of the cylinder.
