PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To convey various loads by making a frame expansible. SOLUTION: The semi-trailer having an extensible frame is provided with a front frame 10 in which a goose neck is fixed ahead a cross member 14, and two parallel box frames 12, 13 having the box-shaped sections are fixed behind the cross member; a rear frame 20 in which a rear axle attaching frame 24 is fixed behind a cross side 26, and side frames 22, 23 into which the box frames are inserted are fixed ahead the cross side; and fasteners 30 provided between both side frames 22, 23 of the rear frame 20 and for fastening the box frames 12, 13 to the side frames 22, 23.
