PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve workability by directly connecting a steel tower column base member or anchors jointed with the column base member, to foundation piles to eliminate a reinforced concrete slab. SOLUTION: Foundation piles 10 are buried in the ground down to a specified depth, while exposing the heads on the ground surface. Anchor members 12 are jointed to the heads of four piles 10 to make an X-shaped form for instance, and a steel tower column base member 11 is integrally fitted to the center of the anchor members 12. When it is required, reinforcing members 21 are provided between the anchor members 12 or between the column base member 11 and the anchor member 12. In this way, since a conventional reinforced concrete slab is not required, the construction time can be reduced and the site area can be reduced and further, the pile head moment can be decreased.
