PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain antistatic properties and water resistance and to prevent the generation of a back ghost in perfecting offset printing with an oxidative polymerization type ink by providing a hydroxyl-modified imine polymer containing at least a specified value of repeating units expressed by a formula of the total of the repeating units on the surface of a film. SOLUTION: A hydroxyl-modified imine polymer to be used on the surface of a film contains at least 10% of structure expressed by a formula (wherein R1 and R2 are each hydrogen, 1-10C straight-chain or branched alkyl, alicyclic alkyl, or the like; R3 and R4 are each hydrogen, 1-18C straight-chain alkyl or alicyclic alkyl, or the like; R5 and R6 are each hydrogen, 1-20C alkyl, or the like; i is 2-6; k is 1-12; m is 20-3000) and is applicable to various kinds of printing.
