PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat insulating sheet, which can be installed onto a pipe which is three-dimensionally bent at various angles, and can be easily manufacture at low cost. SOLUTION: On the front surface 11a of a sheet-like main body 11, which is mainly consists of flexible synthetic resin foams, front surface groove parts 12, each of which has a near V-shape divergent outside, are formed in lattices. On the rear surface 11b of the sheet-like main body 11, rear surface groove parts 13, each of which has a near V-shape divergent outside at the position not coinciding with the position of the front surface groove part in the direction connecting the front surface with the rear surface of the sheet-like main body, are formed in lattices. At the same time, on the whole rear surface including the rear surface groove parts 13, a self-adhesive layer 21 protected by a release film 22 is formed for obtaining a heat insulating sheet 10.
