PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To clean easily bran, dust, or the like having been accumulated in a building by providing an open-close cover for opening and covering a space part while the space part communicating a floor surface in the building to outside the building is formed. SOLUTION: In a rice mill a space part communicating a floor surface 20 to outside a building is provided at a corner of a machine room, and a slantly formed exhaust surface 21 is formed by penetrating the floor 23 part of the building toward outside the building from the floor surface 20 in the building. Then, though open-close covers 22a, 22b are provided in two directions inside the building and outside the building, either one may satisfy the purpose. When a time set by a charged money has elapsed, respective part apparatuses in the rice mill respectively stop. When a controller for the rice milling cleans an inside of the machine room the open-close covers 22a, 22b are firstly opened. Then, bran and dust which are collected on the floor surface 20 are exhausted outside the building from the exhaust surface 21. Then, when cleaning is ended, the open-close covers 22a, 22b are closed.
