PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an infant food composition, especially a prepared milk for an infant, having a good balance by resembling the compositions of phospholipids and fatty acids with those of a mother's milk. SOLUTION: This infant food composition adjusted with phospholipids and fatty acids is obtained by blending a compounded lipid fraction of a milk, soybean, chicken's egg and fish egg with a powdered milk for resembling to the compositions of phospholipids and fatty acids of the mother's milk, and also by adding two or more kinds of compounded lipid fractions of a milk, soybean, chicken's egg and fish egg for adjusting the compositions of the phospholipids and fatty acids.
