PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a frozen bait crusher so designed that, each of crushing blades is equipped with respective specified basal plates and edges so as to facilitate the maintenance of the crusher and be suitable for producing scattering baits or the like. SOLUTION: This frozen bait crusher is so designed that, each of crushing blades 33 is equipped with basal plates 33a detachably fitted axially onto a plurality of rotating shafts 31, 32 and a plurality of edges 33b erected at specified intervals on each of the basal plates 33a in the longitudinal direction, wherein it is preferable that the crushing blades 33 are fitted circumferentially around the rotating shafts 31, 32, the projected heights of the edges 33b of a specified crushing blade 33 from the corresponding basal plates 33a are partially different and a receiving blade 34 helping crush a frozen bait X is placed under the rotating shafts 31, 32.
