The invention relates to lights or lamps, especially spotlights, including underwater spotlights, with a recess (14) in the housing (1) for securing a ceramic base (7) into which a lamp-holder (6) can be screwed or plugged. In order to improve the location and securing of the ceramic base (7) to make fitting or removal easier and minimise the risk of heat transfer via the connecting component concerned, the proposal is for a one-piece spring component consisting of an evenly wound annular section (81) and two bent-down legs (82) projecting from the ring plane, the annular section (81) of which is fitted or clamped in or against the recess (14) in the housing (1) and its bent legs (82) engage in drillings in the ceramic base (7). |
