PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To have no use for operation, in which a ladder for external forms, a suspended scaffolding and a fixed scaffolding, which have been required every time a building frame is heightened by one stage, are mounted and demounted, and operation, in which the mutual external forms and a supporting bracket to the external forms are mounted and demounted, and to attain the reduction of cost and the shortening of a construction period by the omission of the mandays of operation and to obviate the possibility of the fall of an operator. SOLUTION: The scaffolding device for constructing the tower-shaped structure has a stair landing device 50 supported by a mast, in which a large number of mast blocks 20 are connected successively on the inside of the tower-shaped structure 10, and the stair landing section 50 is lifted and lowered by connecting or removing a mast block 22 to or from the lower end of the mast. The scaffolding device has a supporting means extending over the outside from the inside of the tower-shaped structure 10 in the upper section of the tower- shaped structure 10, external cover members 56 fixed to the supporting means and oppositely faced on the external surface of the tower-shaped structure 10 at an interval from the external surface of the tower-shaped structure 10, and a plurality of rockable rocking scaffolding 62 vertically fitted on the tower-shaped structure 10 side of the external cover member 56, and the stair landing device 50 and the rockable scaffolding 62 are lifted and lowered simultaneously at that time.
