PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a cast polyurethane resin forming-composition suitable as a sealing material for a membrane module of an artificial kidney, a water purifier and the like, rapidly curable, lowly viscous, excellently castable and free from substances possibly eluted into blood. SOLUTION: The objective composition comprises a polyol component (A), a polyisocyanate component (B) and a metallic catalyst (C) comprising an organotin compound (c1) represented by the formula (R1)4-m-Sn-(OOC-R2)m [wherein R1 is a 1-8C alkyl; R2 is a residue formed by removing carboxyl group from an oxy acid; and (m) is an integer of 1-4] or a stannous salt (c2) of an oxy acid. Preferably, R2 in the formula is a residue formed by removing a carboxyl group of a castor oil fatty acid and the content of (C) is at least 10 ppm based on the weight of the composition.
