PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a turret punch press whose forming part does not interfere with a die when a transfer position of a plate stock is decided. SOLUTION: In a turret punch press in which an upper turret and a lower turret 15 provided with plural die stations are turnably provided, a die holder supporting body 37 which has a spline in the inside diameter part is provided in the die station of the lower turret so as to freely decide a rotational position, a cylindrical die holder 43 which engages with the spline 41 of the die holder supporting body so as to vertically move and simultaneously is energized downward is provided, a forming cylinder 70 provided with a piston rod 73a which freely pushes up the die holder is provided in the lower side of the lower turret, and the upper surface of a die D which is attached to the die holder is freely transferred to a pass line position.
