PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance the sealing property between an eaves body and a skeleton by providing a pulling tool between a first member provided on the outer wall of the skeleton and a second member provided on the eaves body, and pulling the second member toward the first member. SOLUTION: The lower plate part 5a of a first member 5 is fixed to a skeleton 21 by a screw 23, an eaves body 3 is lifted by a lifting tool 43, and the front frame 1 side of the eaves body 3 is placed on the upper plate part 5b of the first member 5. An auxiliary member 29 is fixed to the first member 5 by a screw 30, and a bolt 39 is inserted to the hole of the auxiliary member 29 to engage the locking part 33 of the second member 7 to the groove of the side frame 15 of the eaves body 3. A nut 41 is then screwed to the bolt 39 and fastened, so that the space between the auxiliary member 29 and the second member 1 is contracted to pull the eaves body 3 toward a skeleton 21. Further, the eaves body 3 is fixed to the first member 5 by a fixing bolt 25, and a decorative plate 49 is mounted on the bottom surface of the eaves body 3. According to this, the sealing property between the eaves body 3 and the skeleton 21 can be enhanced.
