PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a packaged member for heating suitable for cooking instant noodle or the like and for carrying out the heat cooking a staple food material such as rice, soup, soup stock or the like by a microwave oven or the like and also provide a heating method suitable for cooking using the packaged member. SOLUTION: A packaged member for heating is constituted of a container main body 10 storing a liquid packaged in an inner packaged body 2 on a staple food material and an outer packaged body 20 packaging the container main body 10. The inner packaged body 20 and the outer packaged body 30 are constituted of a packaging film or sheet having small holes 23 and 33 and a sealing member for sealing the small holes 23 and 33 from inside or outside, and the sealing member is formed of a material of tensile strength weaker that that of the packaging film or sheet. The inner packaged body 20 and the outer packaged body 30 are of the constitution in which the sealing member is broken by the pressure when the pressure inside the packaged body is increased by heating by a microwave oven or the like. |
