PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain frozen baked rice capable of making a person appreciate a heated flavor and a compound flavor of egg in eating after thawing by heating and to provide a method for producing the frozen baked rice. SOLUTION: This frozen baked rice is obtained by freezing baked rice comprising boiled rice, an egg solution not coagulated by heating and optionally incorporated various kinds of ingredients and a seasoning. Especially the ratio of the egg solution added to the boiled rice is 2-50%. |
