PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To start an engine so as to be surely capable, and realize stable running of a vehicle, in addition, realize this constitution by reducing a cost, in the hybrid vehicle running by concurrently using the engine and an electric motor. SOLUTION: This constitution comprises a generator 22 generating driving power of an electric motor 21 and starting an engine 1, a starter 58 starting the engine, a detection means 51a connected to a running battery 41 and the engine 1, and a starter control means 51b controlling the starter operated. The starter is operated by the starter control means by deciding the engine incapable of starting by the generator when the detection means detects voltage of the running battery to be a preset value or less or in the case without detecting a cranking signal of the engine within a preset time. |
