PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To automatically stop laser oscillation in the case that lasers are not irradiated for prescribed time after the laser oscillation. SOLUTION: At the setting time display device 321 of an automatic laser stoppage setting display part 32, the prescribed time until automatic stoppage is performed is displayed. By a time setting switch 14, the prescribed time T1 until laser irradiation is automatically stopped is set. When an automatic stoppage setting switch 13 is in ON state, in the case that actual laser irradiation is not performed after the laser oscillates by the start switch 11 of a laser oscillation setting display part 31, the laser oscillation is stopped after the prescribed time T1. Also, in the case that the actual laser irradiation is performed after the laser oscillates, the laser oscillation is stopped after the time T1 from the laser irradiation. |
