PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance precision for calculating basal metabolism and to concretely grasp the result of calory control by means of displaying an interior fat rate by estimating basal metabolism based on the interior fat rate which is calculated by means of human body impedance in addition to individual data such as a sex, an age, height and weight. SOLUTION: A calory calculator 1 is provided with a human body impedance measuring means 11 for measuring it by four electrodes, an individual data input means 12 inputting the sex, the age, the height and the weight by numerical keys and a function key, an interior fat rate measuring means 13 for calculation by the human body impedance and individual data and a basal metabolism estimating means 14 for estimating it by individual data and the interior fat rate. Besides, a momentum estimating means 15 for estimating a momentum by a pedometer and a calory consumption calculating means 16 for calculating a calory consumption by basal metabolism and the momentum are arranged. Then, the calory ingested by eating and drinking is inputted by an ingestion calory input means 17 and the calory consumption in a day and the in/out balance of the ingestion calory are displayed in a calory balance calculation display means 18. |
