<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To produce a rectangular blocked material consisting essentially of soil without converting into mud with rainwater, etc. as in the case of the soil while having characteristics of the soil and useful as a material excellent in load resistance. SOLUTION: This blocked material is produced by adding at least any of ammonium salts or sodium salts, potassium salts, an iron compound, calcium nitrate or calcium chloride and magnesium salts to water, preparing a liquid formulation containing many kinds and large amounts of alkali ions or metal ions, adding the resultant liquid formulation to a mixture of soil with a cement and a granulated blast furnace slag, kneading the mixture, compressing the resultant wet mixture with a pressing machine, thereby forming the wet mixture into a rectangular form, then drying and curing the formed product. The liquid formulation is capable of promoting the setting of the compounded solid components and activating the solid components due to ion-rich properties thereof and producing a dense and firm bonded structure. Thereby, the blocked material has excellent load resistance without dispersing and converting into mud with rainwater, etc.</p> |
