摘要 <p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To accurately grasp the position of a load in delivery by providing a computing means for computing a predetermined position and predetermined date of a following detection for detecting the load next on the basis of the position information, date information and carrying information of the load detected by a load mark detecting means. SOLUTION: An agency for collecting loads inputs the load information such as sender, destination and kind of load through an input device 12 at the time of receiving the load. At the same time, the agency sends the load information to a load administration center through a communicating device 11, and on the other hand, receives the code number individual to the load from the load administration center, and codes this code number to a bar-code, and forms the carrying slip with the load information, and attaches it to the load. Thereafter, the carrying slip is read in each process so as to administrate the position and date of the load. At this stage, predetermined position and predetermined date of a following detection for detecting the load next is computed per each load, and in the case where the load can not be detected till the next predetermined date, generation of abnormality in carrying is discriminated, and an alarm is generated.</p>
