<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily conduct an operation for confirming and classifying a content of variable information without tearing by a system of a simple constitution by providing a code to be machine readable encoded from the content on an outer surface. SOLUTION: Both upper and lower end sides of a third area 1c are formed shorter than those of a second area 1b so that, when the area 1c is folded to be superposed on the area 1b, the one side end of the area 1b is projected from the one side of the area 1c. A machine readable code 5 encoded from variable information is provided at a lower end of the projected part. The code 5 is formed of a two-dimensional code to be encoded from many pieces of the information. Thus, an operation for confirming and classifying a content of the information without tearing can be easily conducted by a system of a simple constitution.</p> |
