<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an automated method for producing cut vegetables in an easily operable and energy-saving way. SOLUTION: This method for producing cut vegetables comprises automated steps including vegetable preparation, slicing, washing, automatic hydro- extraction and automatic bagging and automatic packaging successively in this order; wherein the cut vegetable washing step comprises washing with water and sterilizing washing operation followed by washing with electrolytic water.</p> |
